Yes. Steve Kay’s carries liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 or $500,000 per occurance. We also provide worker’s compensation insurance for all our employees.

No. We accept checks, money orders and PayPal as payment for service.
If you are a non-profit or not-for-profit organization and provide the proper paperwork, you will not be charged sales tax. By law, all other New Jersey businesses and residences must be charged current state sales tax.
We understand unforeseen situations arise and we do our best to work with all our residential customers. If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment we ask for a 24- hour notice. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled appointment and do not reschedule for another time, we will charge a $10 cancellation fee. If we show up at your residence for a scheduled appointment and no one is home or does not show up within 20 minutes of scheduled appointment, we will charge a $25 missed appointment fee.
